About Westminster Property Partners
A relationship-driven advisory firm for developers, private investors, family offices and institutional groups who require a strategic partner beyond their internal capabilities.
Westminster Property Partners is a relationship-driven advisory firm, working across the full life cycle of commercial, industrial and development opportunities — from acquisition through to sale, leasing and joint venture structuring.
We work closely with a select range of clients, including developers and development groups, private investors and high-net-worth individuals, family offices and investment funds, institutional investors, and landowners seeking to unlock development potential.
Our role extends beyond facilitating transactions. By combining commercial experience, deep industry relationships and a strategic approach, we help clients navigate complex property opportunities and reach outcomes with certainty — positioned as trusted partners in the process, not simply intermediaries.
Our Team

Abraham brings over two decades of commercial real estate expertise in the conception and management of mixed-use and transit-oriented properties, alongside a quarter-century banking career built on turning nascent startups into publicly traded entities.
He now combines that real estate acumen and banking pedigree to offer clients a rare breadth of expertise and network — spanning transaction and advisory services, international property transactions, key stakeholder relationships and portfolio management.
Joe works where significant property decisions intersect with leverage, timing and consequence — engaged not to run a campaign, but to structure advantage.
Since 2004, beginning at Buxton in Albert Park, then founding and building Pavilion Property before its sale, Joe has spent two decades working closely with high-net-worth clients who value discretion above all else, advising on significant matters away from the public eye. That experience shapes a principals-led approach at Westminster: a single point of accountability from first conversation through to settlement, briefing and coordinating the professionals around a transaction so clients deal with one adviser, never a committee.
Every engagement begins the same way — a private conversation.
