Joe began in real estate in 2004 at Buxton in Albert Park, then founded and built Pavilion Property before its sale. Today he leads Westminster Property Partners, advising owners, investors, developers and landholders on commercial and industrial property across Victoria, from a single asset to an entire portfolio.

A large part of Joe's work is bringing the right parties together: an owner and the buyer who values certainty, a landholder and the developer who can unlock the site, capital and the opportunity that needs it. He then stays in the middle, keeping both sides moving until the deal is done.
