Development Sites
Buying, selling and partnering on development land across Victoria, from inner-city redevelopment sites to large parcels in the growth corridors.
The value of a development site depends on what can be built, how quickly, and who is best placed to deliver it. We help landowners find the buyer or partner who will pay most for that potential, and help developers and investors secure sites that fit their strategy.
For landowners
- A view of zoning, overlays and likely development potential, working with your planner where needed
- A shortlist of developers and capital partners suited to the site
- A straight sale, a sale on terms or an option, or a joint venture that shares in the upside
For developers and investors
- Site sourcing against your brief, including sites not yet on the market
- Early checks on planning, title, services and access
- Negotiation of price, conditions and settlement timing
Sites we work on
- Mixed-use and commercial redevelopment sites
- Industrial land and estates
- Large landholdings in Melbourne's growth corridors
- Land with energy or data centre potential

Common questions
How do I find out what my land is worth to a developer?
Value depends on what can realistically be built and how long it will take. We look at the planning controls, comparable sales and likely buyers, and give you a view before you commit to anything.
Should I sell outright or enter a joint venture?
A sale gives you certainty now. A joint venture can deliver more, but takes longer and carries more risk. We set out both so you can compare.
What is an option agreement?
A developer pays for the right to buy your land later, usually while they pursue a planning approval. Terms vary widely, so take advice before signing one.
